Planning
Financial forecasting, guidance, and tracking from a budget guru (aka Corinne) that honors your priorities and includes realistic numbers to keep budget creep at bay.
Detailed Budget
Preparation of the logistics including timelines, floor plans, load in/out procedures, etc., made with appropriate margins so that your weekend runs smoothly.
Planning Logistics
Set up of your hotel room block and guest transportation, and assembly of your invitation suites and welcome bags, so that your guests are well provided for.
