Canvas weddings are logistically air-tight, with carefully constructed timelines and plans that allow everyone to be on the same page. The payout? Our events feel like they're unraveling super organically, but that is because no one is feeling rushed, stressed or like they have to anticipate the next step.

I’ve been in the wedding world since 2012, with hundreds of events under my belt. But before I stepped into the realm of celebrations and soirées, I was working behind the scenes in theater—stage managing and directing, bringing complex productions to life.
From the moment I entered weddings, I saw them for what they truly are: living, breathing works of art. The storytelling, the collaboration, the emotion woven through every detail—it was everything I loved about theater, just reimagined in black tie. I’ve never looked back.
My approach blends high-touch organization with calm, confident energy. Think: Type A logistics with a creative soul. I’ll guide the process with clarity and intention, keeping things beautifully structured—while still making space for spontaneity, inspiration, and a little fun along the way.

Bonnie is our Operations Manager—and the mastermind behind every flawlessly executed logistical plan. Around here, she’s known as the heart of our back-of-house operations and, without question, the sunniest presence on our team.
Her superpower? Orchestrating seamless shuttle schedules and managing complex timelines with calm precision. Her secret weapon? A perfectly timed cat meme that says “just checking in,” used with charm and strategy to gently gather the details we need—always with a smile.
With a rich background in theater as a project manager, educator, and creative leader, Bonnie brings a unique blend of organization, empathy, and grace to every event. She’s both the steady foundation and the unmistakable warmth behind the scenes at Canvas Weddings.
